Old Town Autos was set up after a long & fruitless search for a set of whitewall tyres for my 1950 Plymouth Coupe Deluxe. You see my name is Neil Bennett and I have an addiction..... to classic American Iron. As far back as the late 80s I've had American cars, my first being a '68 Mustang.

Going back to the tyres, I have this genuine one lady owner 1950 Plymouth coupe that I imported and was just crying out for a set of smokin hot whitewall tyres to set her off. Could I find the tyres I wanted and could afford? Not a chance. But, after a long search I came across a very nice Chevy AD Pickup with a set of Kontio WhitePaw tyres on, I'd never heard of them but took some photos and went off to do some research.

I found out they were in Finland so I had conversation with their sales manager who told me they were looking for a dealer in the UK. After more conversation & emails I signed up, because I figured..... If I feel like this about buying whitewall tyres - in fact, any kind of tyres - then surely other like minded people do too.

Since that initial start a few years ago, we have expanded to offer a huge variety and keep looking for great products.  Old Town Autos has sold tyres and wheels for all kinds of vehicles and to all kinds of customers, some of which you can see in our Gallery. The one thing we all have in common is the fact we love our cars and very often motorbikes too. We attend regular shows, big and small throughout the year and hope to see you out and about.
